Hi all, great site! I've just aquired a mandarin 1999 R1100S with 22k on the clock just a few days ago and eager to learn everything I can about it. Love it so far and can't wait to get it out on the road for a stretch. My previous bike was an F650GS so I'm having to get used to a very different ride. I'll be commuting on my 11S every day to the office and out for rides with the boys on the weekends. I've also heard the mandarin orange is the fastest color too Also looking forward to fitting a GPS and side-cases soon.
