Having been able to 3-ball juggle - not brilliantly, but capable - for a while I went to a circus workshop on holiday this year while my lad did a junior version. What a hoot - unicycles, stilts, juggling, diabolos and loads of other stuff. Finding these videos has now led to me spending a load of money on juggling gear through one of the linked stores, in the name of Christmas fun! Whether these pressies are for me or him, I'm not sure.
All it takes is practice and instruction. I am into it myself. If you can do it, you pass it on. If you meet someone who is better, then they will pass it on. I haven't come across any ego crap of the I am better than you variety. Can now do four balls, various three combinations, clubs and also juggling clubs or balls in combination with another juggler. It's great fun. The fastest I have managed to teach a complete novice was 15 mins. Most people average between an hour and a couple of days. As they say 'life's a struggle if you can't juggle'
