Here's the prices from Calsport - seem pretty good to me!

Akro Can for BMW R1200s – road legal/removable baffle £853
Akro full system BMW R1200s – S/S headers – can road legal/removable baffle £1113
S/S Remus Headers for BMW R1200s £280

Can't argue with the Remus header prices - that's pretty good for something that'll junk the cat. :)

How much?
Is the standard zorst so bad that this expense is needed?
Reason no. 9 to keep hold of the ol' 1100.

Actually it turns out that none of the cans out there offer that much of a difference in terms of performance which makes me believe that BM have actually done a good job with the standard can.

The look and sound of the standard can could always be improved hence these options...and the Akropovic is a gorgeous piece of kit but v.v.v.v.v.v expensive. I'm sure I'll end up with one mind. :?

Similar 'problem' with the 1100 - the OEM cans are in fact very efficient. Junking the cat gives the biggest increase in power/response-improvement.

Fitting Lasers etc just makes the bike sound fruitier with marginal power increase.
