Hi
As a owner of a R1150RS, I am here on the belief that the RS is almost a sport model, well its got an S in its name.

Been on a number of forums for BMW's and yours seem to have the right balance, that the others seem to have lost.

Anyway I been looking at a 1100S 2001, about 9k on the clock, one owner Fsh, but the lower fork yoke seems to be suffering from complete lost of paint/finish. For such a mileage is this normal or should I be looking further.

Yep, .. lower folk yoke, .. and the bottom of the forks get hit by the slightest sniff of salt. Its cosmetic, .. can be cleaned up and prevented with a little after-riding care and protection though. The 'S' is nowhere near perfect, ... but it's 2 Big Barrels of Fun
