I pick my 12 up on Wednesday (hopefully) - just one thing I forgot to check...

Is there an accessory socket on 12s?

Is there one? Something to plug the heated vest into? Its Beemer - surely it must have.

Stoney,
Indeed there is a power socket, Under seat right hand side (sat on bike) As you say its a Beemer so it should have one!! Pity that it does'nt apply to a tool kit and proper spare key.

Peter didnt your dealer order you a proper spare key for you free of charge when you bought the bike?

Ian,
Dealer did supply a proper spare key upon delivery ( he knows me to well!!) I just think its a bit off to spend that much money and then be given a plastic spare key!!

So is there no tool kit included at all? Poor show.

I saw my bike at the dealers today - it looked great - can't wait.

A toolkit implies that something may go wrong.

It's a BMW; what could possibly go wrong?

:laughing3:

Either that or they'd rather fleece you at the dealers!
