Hi Guys,

Just a note from Prague after spending a fantastic few days on the S at the Moto GP Sachsenring. Record crowds of 220,000 at the circuit, plus the usual 80,000 camping - mayhem!

We travelled Harwich to Hoek then made our way to Bad Grund to a biker hotel run by an English couple in the Harz mountains, (I'll post the web address when I get home) had a fantastic time on the brilliant roads. Friday travelled south to the circuit, just a hop and a skip to Chemnitz.

Spending a few days in Prague before returning via Nurburgring. Sadly can't spend the extra time to nip to Bruno for WSB..... well maybe.....

I texted him to let him know we were there, but he hasnt replied so probably phone switched off.

Twas a tad difficult to spot him amongst the 220,000, cant imagine why!

Bl**dy good racing.

The answer being yes and yes, sign on the side of the road going out of Prague said air temp 40 road temp 51!!!,and we were going east,so we new it was going to get get hotter and it did, hence why we ended up in the mountains on the Polish boarder.

When did you get back? It was good to meet up in Prague. Nice meal and how cheap!
Had a fantastic time riding back through the Frankenvald national park, beautiful sweeping bends and tall trees. A bit cooler too, it dropped below 30 in the evening.
Took the S for a spin round the Nurburgring on the way home. Well you have to when you're passing by don't you? A very quick girl instructor on an R6 was making it look very easy and passing everything in sight. Didn't see a girl in a transit though
So where for the next european Boxertrix meet up? I quite fancy riding up to the Arctic Circle.......

Hi Clare

Blimey were do we start,it was good fun walking across Prague late at night after we met!!,left following morning stayed in the mountains in the south east, just glad to get out of the heat, although had a laugh on the way, what does a Czech scrap dealer put outside his place?? a Mig fighter!!.

Stayed on the highest mountain in the Czech Republic(not all that high) stopped in a ski lodge, double room,3 course evening meal, drinks, coffee, breakast following morning 20 quid!!,traveled on some interesting roads, dear me!! thought at time even the Tiger was going to shake itself to bits.

Wished i'd had the balls to take a photo of the two Policewomen guarding the bikes at Brno, skirt couple of inches below the bum carrying a gun!!!.

Glad you got home OK,met some guys who we've bumped into at other race meetings who didn't!!!,will try and meet up at the Ponderosa or what ever, with you and Nigel before the end of the year,no doubt the B'Ham the mafia will come.

Chris
