Back from Superbike School

Right then! Just got back from doing level 1 at the Superbike school. Wow! My head is full. It was fantastic. Loads of great advice. The tuition was excellent, both on-track and in the classroom. It's going to help my riding no end. Everything from body position to cornering. I thought that I'd be going everywhere with my knee down afterwards, but the oposite has happened. "Knee down - bike over" is slower, after one day I'm going round corners faster and more upright than I was before. It's all a bit of a revelation really. I wasn't turning the bike anywhere near quick enough, and because of it I was having to use too much lean to get around the rest of the corner. Can't wait to get out and practise. So when are we going?
PS. Rockingham is a great circuit. Best set of left handers I've ever done.
