Next time you lot order something and you have hassle!!!!

Ordered a pair of Dymags just before christmas for my Tiger,to replace the supermoto laced wheels that were a shit to clean and wieghed a ton!!,phoned the end of january and asked how the order was progressing,What order!!!!,reordered them and they arrived the begining of March only to open them up to find they were made for a 955!!! Daytona!!.

E'rrrrr sorry we'll make you a new pair,3 days latter get a phone call we've lost the spec,can we send someone to collect your originals,which they did,a week and half latter we'll definetely send tuesday(last) and you'll get them wednesday,phones wednesday morning are my wheels comeing today,my wifes had the day off waiting to sign for them,e'rrr i don't think so their still here in the office!!!! you'll have e'm saturday morning!!!

just cancel them and buy some PVM's - I'm sure JH can get his money back off them 4U

I'm amazed these people stay in business,

In a similar vein, ordered some tyre warmers at Ally Pally last year - come May and about a million excuses later that generally blamed the AMA superbikes for buying their entire stock cancelled the order.... At least I got a full refund...

Hope they're worth the wait....

The reason that Dymag get away with it,is very simple it's a great product,the problem being they don't know there arse from the earhole when it comes to organisation.
