Hi all,
I'm sorry I've been tardy doing this, the 16 hour flight and an 8 hour jetlag 'tweaked' my back to the point where I couldn't even type for the last month.
I wanted to say thanks to all the guys that made it to the Ace Cafe for brunch and a talk, it made my stay in london special.
I'm still amazed how you can ride in the cold, black ice, and snow. If I was paul I'ld be afraid dropping that beautiful bike he has.
BTW I'll try and type and spell better that winger
A few days later I had a great dinner with winger and boxerpan. You couldn't ask for better host,(which means Chris bought the beer:lol:).

I posted some pictures and a little story about Boxerpan on the Pelican Board, hope you enjoy it.

Thank you again,
Jeff

Good to see you again Jeff,

I haven't opened up the panniers on my bike since that meeting at the Ace. I'll be taking the panels off to sort out the electrickey supply to my Autocom unit, so I'll wire in the power for that nifty little tyre compressor you gave me, which is still hiding in my pannier at the moment.

Cheers,

Paul

You are very welcome Jeff. Is this now an annual pilgrimage ?

Very selective photo choice there , that could have been considerably more embarassing..... I thought you had one of me actually wearing THE jacket :D

I may have had a few glasses of the red stuff,but.....................................does anybody think that Lloyd could pass for our beloved PM tony blair. It could be just the shirt and tie.We should exploit this to the full,"boxertrix and motorcycling are brilliant" said the PM who wasnt frequenting his usual internet forum.
gus
ps love ya buddy.

Lloyd,
I DO have one with the Reflective Red Crushed Velvet Jacket,(RRCVJ).
It was with your lovely wife, but we had a problem.
It seems that the RRCVJ was sooo reflective that it washed out everything but you and the jacket.
I first thought that you had been taken by aliens or we were witnessing a religious experience.
But that passed when someone gave you a fiver and aske you to bring out his car.
miss ya

Lloyd,
yes the UK has great humor,(Spike Milligan), but the best one was in Edinburgh Castle,(the Rock).
I was looking at the military gallery when I spied a cartoon from 1631 in which a Scot Soldier is in an occupying force in Paris buying chestnuts.
The lady is lifting the soldiers kelt with wide eyes saying," oh la la Chestnuts". .
The weather is about 75 right now and it hasn't rained in about 2 weeks.
You have to understand our four seasons are Sun, Fire, Fog, Earthquakes.

Gus,
I'll post the RRCVC today on the pelican thread along with a mug shot of Julian,(isn't he a handson young man :P ),

Lloyd,
sorry mate I had to do it.
Looking forward to seeing you soon.
