Springs

Post by crucial »

I've got my rear technoflex shock in to be serviced at the moment and i'm being quoted £60 to £80 for a spring alone  That can't be right can it?

Anyone know where I can get a spring at a reasonable price :?:

Tweeks have a huge list from about £15 per spring. Loads of suppliers will doo you some thing. If you're having trouble, ping me and I'll list some custom contacts.

Hi
If its one of then titanium springs that quite cheap!
That seems very steep for a spring. As stated you can get them for about £20,i cant see them charging you any more for fitting as they will to take the spring off for servicing i asssume.Even then its a 10 minute job.

Thanks chaps, i decided to stay with the same rear spring in the end. Had the service done and they had to make up a new damper rod (the old one was scored) the old girl is back to handling how she used to :D Which is a darn site better than the Fireblade i just bought
