The seller is a regular,if you look at the frame bungs, some have payed peanuts and others over the odds, but got to be worth a go so long as the price is right, so if you **** it up and chuck it in the bin,it's not as though you've lost anything.

But 8 bids and 20 quid!!!! blimey there are some high rollers out there!!!.

Yes, I saw it yesterday and I agree it might be a bugger to fit with maybe a few air bubbles getting in the way!

I don't need one as mine has no damage (yet) with only 4.5 k miles on the clock but I'd look at one in the future.

Worries me a bit that the listing states the adhesive is very strong, might be a problem if you get the installation wrong..........

Looks good though

Yeah what a great idea.
Spend £20 odd on a piece of carbon which will crack/star and look shit the first piece of gravel hits it.
If you want to protect the front casing.then get some sticky back vinyl from B&Q.Big roll for about £3.Cut out the shape and apply.
Job done.
Why add weighty carbon fibre!

That bike is not a BCR

It has 04 colours, but look in the bellypan, you can see the blue paint.

Also the cylinder head covers are wrong for the twin spark, the callipers are from an older bike, not the new sort. And if my bike had corrosion like that on a 2004/2005 bike then Mr. BMW would get a call.

Sorry for being an anorak.

If you need to put protection on (and don't we all  ) then the best thing to use is 'helicopter tape' or similar.
......genuine top quality, carbon fibre fabric with a transparent weather-proof vinyl coating........
What is that all about then??

Gus,

A couple or several pints of beer would be nice. Had I not changed my tax over in Burton. I'll cough to the small number plate and loud exhaust.

Fed up with being off, how are you healing? My foot is still sore and swollen after 9 weeks.

Don't tell anybody though, took out a K1200R today, boy it goes nicely.

My cast is off and i,m now limping around.2 weeks and i should be back to work,i hope.Cant wait to get back on a bike.My brother in law bought me a set of new leathers to replace my damaged ones. They are a all in one set made by spidi.Bit bright for my liking, but had only been worn once.So i should be able to get out on a bike next week.

Ah but it's Carbon Fibre so it must make my car/bike go faster...........

It's a nice idea given then standard of finish and durability of the front cover but I'm with Gus on this one, just plain clear film myself,

I don't have a problem with the product,or just plain black, what makes me smile,if people checked on the guy who was selling it,there'll be another along shortly he only does one at a time and if you look at his frame bungs some people have payed less than half than others!!!!
