Only the bottom part of my rev counter lights up, so I'm presuming two bulbs and the top one has expired. Has anyone had to change one and how easy/hard is it to do?

It's ages since I replaced those bulbs on my 1100S ,I removed the speedo unit and dismantled it , also cleaning the inside of the glass but from memory after removing the fairing panels I think it would be possible to remove the rubber bulb holders from underneath.... if you have small hands , I can't remember being too traumatised by the experience but maybe that was my way of copimg!

I'll probably leave it till the winter now. The mot's due in June, but I can't recall him ever checking the lighting in the clocks.
