Battery Air Compressor ALDI

Post by Blackal »

Aldi are selling a battery Air Compressor for under £30.

https://www.aldi.co.uk/12v-li-ion-mini- ... 2370431100

On one forum a fella claims to have used one daily for doing expansion vessels and occasional tyres (suspect he is a CH tech) for the last year.

I think it uses the same battery as their other battery tools.

Handy for the car or extended bike tour?

(I’m not convinced those CO2 cartridges will do even one flat rear tyre, never mind - top up as required.

Al :)

Minimum 3 needed and you do need the correct adapter, if you loose any gas your stuffed, me a Mrs Popsky always carry 3 per bike, and a range of “plugs” to suit the repair, not nice being stranded in the middle of nowhere with the rain coming in sideways

Bought a compressor from Nippy Normans - quite small it comes in a neoprene case to lie it on when it's in use. It has no plastic around it to keep the size down. Works really well. Fortunately I've only had house it on someone else's tyres
