Good evening from Kent.

Post by Heyho »

Hello all...

Thought I ought to say hello!

My name is Paul, and I've just got rid of an old fireblade (too fast!) in favour of an R1100s - my first ever BMW bike. Just fancied a big twin, and didn't really like much else out there. Did have a TRX850 at one point, but it looks like they've now reached cult status, and are too pricey for me!

I was a BMW senior tech in a car dealership for over 20 years, now working for one of the larger well known roadside breakdown companies.

I hope to start asking stupid questions very soon!

Welcome , you've made a good choice , although I've always fancied a TRX850 myself , as you say it's too late now ....
