Come to think of it, my GS lids are looking well tatty... Sadly, with reason! At least they're still weatherproof :D

you could just get some carbon fibre lookalike sticky back plastic and go all Blue Peter and recover them.....

I know someone who did his with skilful use of gaffer tape.
Actually looks really good.
