A Ducati that I could actually ride! (maybe) I think I want one. Supersport 1000

Saw and sat on it at the NEC.
Nice bike with comfortable riding position. Bars are noticeably more relaxed than other Ducati sports and knees not too bent.
Plus they are listing it with panniers !

Agree absolutely

I think Ducati are filling the same market as the R1200RS, which in my opinion - is returning to the old VFR/R1100s - sized sports tourers.

Touring couples wanted more comfort, load carrying etc than the VFR/R1100s, and the manufacturers responded with the larger bikes......

Now - the manufacturers are dipping their toe in the water of the "one bike to suit the afternoon solo run, and the 2 week tour" market.

It will be interesting to see how the Ducati - sells

Yep, bedbugs....he seemed very cheerful when he was talking about them....and bodily fluids.

(I've just thought of something. I've assumed fontana is a bloke. Do we have any evidence of that, I wonder? I mean, it would explain a lot...you know, if he was a woman.... )
