This seems to back up my assertion that NWP have less to do than other forces, hence their focus on motorcyclists in the past

So burglary and theft are down and the crimms have turned to cyber crime? I think not, the average hooded turd ain`t that clever. I reckon burglary and theft have increased but no one can be arsed to report it. Reported crime is down and there is a reason for that. Not just Wales. I reckon nationwide.

Country is going down the shitter fast.

From what I can digest does it mean that the bikers have now turned to cyber crime? Something dodgy going on boxertrix I reckon.
