Front brake seals
I need to replace some of the rubber seals within the front calipers. However I don't want to spend £60 or £70 for a "brake seal kit". Is it possible to source just the rubber seals, which lets face it must cost pence to produce?

Not that I've ever seen, they're usually available only as a kit.hooperman wrote:I need to replace some of the rubber seals within the front calipers. I would be careful of imitations - what I mean is that some O rings may look the same but not be proof against degrading by Brake fluid - they may swell, shrink or just melt. I wouldn't risk my self.
There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity
I would call these chaps

Very knowledgeable and very helpful, they advertise full kits but will also sell individual components if you ask them nicely.
