I asked this on another thread but it went unnoticed.I've taken 240cc of oil out of my final drive,considerably more than the 180cc prescribed here.Can somebody please confirm the amount that I need?

I've got the reply to that .240ccs only when the unit has been totally dismantled otherwise it's 180ccs.From the BMW mechanic himself.

I did respond........a little late, but you are correct, 180cc's.
