Seem to be getting a few 503 server not found errors tonight. Can we ask them to switch it off and switch it back on again? That should sort it....

it does that, sometimes...
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
