sold my 1150 rt on 28th feb, so was looking online for aa few days, then looked the shops a few days up and down the country. :(

nothing,

then an ad popped up on local gumtree.

wifee was going to call a physiologist, but i said i was just going to tyre kick(i dont really) .
so i was visiting the folks(in their 80's) and went on from there, 34mile,
pulled up introductions , and a torch.
had to stop at the garage on the way home for a drink, so i called the wife while i was stopped,
i gave her the bad news.

"it's in the back of the van dear :D "

I agree but where are the Panniers?
There would appear to be a surfeit of prolixity and sesquipedalian content today please do not use a big word when a singularly un-loquacious and diminutive linguistic expression will satisfactorily accomplish the contemporary necessity

+1 for ST1100 Pan euro.

The bit that wraps around the front of the panniers give it away.

gawd, lost this post, just found a bit in the corner that takes me to them all, i'm a numpty.

yes, Pan st11 project, 20 years old in need of tlc, (mechanically)

front forks, or should i call them oily bouncy things.

clutch, tons of revs and no go,o,o,o,o

timing belt, water leak from the same,

keys missing.

abs and tc lights on, and all sorts.

screen broke, tyres scrap.

well after a few long weenends, and a spend in hospital getting a bit removed, i have it all going,

new ebc road race clutch, Honda plates, ebc hd springs, Honda t/belt, and waterpump, flushed and fresh antifreeze, oil and filter, new battery, few bulbs, new riser screen, abs-tc decomissioned and removed. new brake and clutch levers. new tyres, full set of pads and refurbished all the calipers, luggage picked and keys cut to fit ingition(handy) and all machine polished. i'm sure to be forgetting a bit.
it's been out a few short runs the past 2 weeks and have the tyres scrubbed and 300 mile up without a miss.
it has still mot to next month (surprising) not worth ever selling to what it cost me, but one owner and a full Honda history while it was on the road, but the owner left the country and the family sold it, after 5-6 years in the back of a shed. they must have spent all of 15 minutes with a bucket to make the pictures good enough to get it online for sale.

Sweet! You can't keep a good Honda down. :)

Always liked the Pan11, but being 6'3" my knees don't fit behind the fairing. :(
