Dads old bike sold at Bonhams (2005)

Post by ned1 »

Dug this out because of Mr Parry's post.
Bonhams sold my fathers bike (as in being the first owner ?) , Lot 419 being the originally bike and 420 the originally Engine for the
bike was sold off as part of "The Eric Houseley Collection".
http://www.bonhams.com/auctions/12186/lot/419/

Some of the information and photos came from me, The bike was originally ordered by Dad (George Barber) in February 1936.
I have a website with the bits of information I have manage to find out, but the site needs to be completely re-designed as it was done
in HTML (which all have been lost in a pc crash) many years ago before wide screen monitors etc,

Thanks for looking
Ned
