Being so public spirited I "had" to go and check the Welsh roads and mountains were still there after all the recent rain.
I'm happy to report all is in order

yep, I covered a lot of our usual roads today too! all is well with the world

well as I won't get much biking in before the Welsh Weekend, I'll be taking it slower than usual. As well as no miles, don't know the roads there at all and after reading the previous post.... well ... nuff said

Don't worry overly Dave, you'll be stopping often to open/close gates so you never get a really good head of steam up

Errr funny you should say that Greg, I'm having a rethink after a recce yesterday, I found one road that was to be very challenging on a good day, to be very very very challenging
so I'll have to use my plan B
