Hello from Northampton.

I'm guessing that this is the place to be if you have a bike that looks a lot like this:

Cheers Peeps.
Just like the other N'pton newbie, I'm surprised (& delighted of course) to find myself on a beemer.
After a string of Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, Jap bike, I flipped out & went for an Italian, traded for an American & then swapped for the German. Best bike I've ever owned. (just like all of the others! :) )
Rim tape? What colour?

Nice bike you have there Marrell, your list of previous bikes reads very much like mine except I managed to sort off miss out the American option (long story)

I think your keyboard is broken Steve. The vowels are not working.

And you are right. Just checked the map, it's the picnic area on the southern side of the lake. We were on our way home after a week in Wales.

The bike in the picture is not actually my bike. I got it off google images as I couldn't work out how to get a pic of mine on here.
Mine is the same red/silver colour, but has a black seat & a black belly pan. I like the humbug coloured one that I've seen pics of on here & wouldn't mind copying that paint job, but maybe black/silver & not black/white, so not a complete rip off? Does anyone Know how much it might cost? It's just an idea at the moment.

Thought I recognised it, there's often an ice cream van there too :)
