very true Dave.
Thing is I guess the court was doing the PC thing due to his ethnicity, they tend to dance around it a bit.
There was a bloke who killed and ate a (raw) swan in Llandudno a few years back, now anyone else would have had a new backside reamed on animal cruelty, and killing the queens property, public decency and order etc but because he said he was hungry while on ramadan he got a slap on the wrist
