I like that a lot. I love it when you can look though the frame with no air box etc. The conventional front fork gives a lighter look.
Is there any spec / info to go with the photo, i,d guess there has been some weight saving....very interesting.
Triumph got it just right with those ealry Tridents.
My favourite is the original Speed Triple.
Yeah I know the new one is awesome and light years ahead, but yet somehow, for me, it doesn't manage to have quite the kudos of the original.
I,d say you are right with the Yamaha calipers at least, probably the forks and all. As said i,d love to read the build and its issues, its right up my street.
Cleverly done. My guess is a complete Yam front end (early Fazer?) as suggested, K frame, tank and final drive (and back wheel?), our favourite ditch pump engine and a Ducati 748/916 seat unit. Sounds odd on paper but kinda works.
