Sad day for Le Mans - it's been a long time since there was last a fatality there.
It was a big smash, but it didn't really look like a fatal one - but I suppose you just never know - and the armco is close to the trees at that point.
It's truly amazing that racing is still allowed - I've ridden all the public road sections of the track and in many places it really doesn't feel like a real track.
