Very nice Johnny, and if your anything like me, every time you wash the bike the rear spring will get an extra special clean :wink:

Don`t talk to me about shinie just spent 3 1/2 hours on the bloody thing. Proper fed up by the end of it ... :(

It feels real good makes it more planted to the ground and with 50 clicks of rebound it gives me a lot of range to play with.

Only preload on the spring with the dreaded C spanner, I'm not sure if the many clicks it has at the bottom of the shock does a bit of both ??? It seems to make a lot of difference !
