Hi Folks,

Just getting used to the new riding experience on my R1100S - and I have to add that I'm loving it!

Just wondering if (aside from adding spring pre-load) there is a way that I can increase the rear ride height, and decrease the front? Just looking to sharpen it up a little, as it feels a little low at the rear, and the front looks physically too high to me.

Thanks,

Nik

Hi
Either a gs torque arm (if your bike is a standard s ) or a verholen adjustable torque is the cheaper option. Or a aftermarket shock with length adjustability .

Nik,
Definite +1 on the GS torque arm. I got mine from ebay for £10, just had to paint it before fitting. Has made a HUGE difference for me, No more ground clearance issues and noticably quicker to turn in 8)

MikeB had one for sale recently, chrome plated too, but has since sold his bike, don't know if it went with it.
