........How can you possibly get to 36 points! I've been riding daily, and not often at the speed limit

My (ex) brother-in-law ran up the arse of parked cars four times, got caught speeding in 30 limits 5 times, repeatedly drove without his glasses on (feckin milk bottle bottoms) and never got a ban.....
