mobile webcam?

So one of these, tucked behind the screen for weather protection and powered by a 12v to USB adaptor

paired to wifi on either a mobile phone hotspot or a mobile hotspot device
would give a live feed from the bike or car ... cool ... could be quite neat even a possible security item if a mobile wifi was under the seat and the camera was integrated neatly behind the screen.
