Thread Size Help - Centre Stand Spring Holder

Post by chris r »

hello,

Can anyone let me know what the thread size is for the centre stand spring hanger? Mine sheared off this morning and I shall probably have to fit a heli coil.

Bugger.

I've just had a look at mine and noticed that the spring hanger has nearly cut through the bolt  , i'd never have looked at it otherwise... I'll have a look tonight and let you know what thread size it is.

Careful if you remove it, if it's anything like mine it will have a shed load of threadlock on it, so heat it up first :)
