Good news for anyone who has been searching for a supplier of these clamps used on fuel lines etc.

From what i can make out these are all but unobtainable so people have been using jubile type clamps for fuel lines not the best idea as they can cut the fuel line not such a problem with carbed bikes, but ours use a fairly high pressure system.

Tha answer is the EASY CLIP-M available here
http://www.hclfasteners.co.uk/acatalog/shop.html

Another clamp you can use is the ear type clamp but these look nasty and are awkward to fit correctly

Hope this is of help Dai

Dai, are you referring to the 'compensating clamps', top right? They're the ones I've not been able to source in the past. Nice one, thanks.

Dai

If you click on the top right image it takes you to a double wire spring clamp and not the shown in the original page??

Is this they type you were referring too??

Strange click on the top left it will take you here
http://www.hclfasteners.co.uk/acatalog/ ... lamps.html
Then go to the ezy click-m hose clip or just click this link
http://www.hclfasteners.co.uk/acatalog/Ezyclik-M.html

Postage is a bit steep but the overall price works out well

Your right there but if you persevere[splin] you will get there in the end

Mind it will be easier to go through one website than search for days like i did i found these through an alfa romeo forum in the end

When I changed my fuel filter I used 4mm cable ties on the lines inside the fuel tank. I pondered if the pvc cable tie was petrol resistant afterwards, so I placed a few in my plastic jerry can and they are still there. Good link though as I want some 22mm ones for the car
