Excellent link Sandbar - seems my observations about the induct weren't that wide of the mark, which is encouraging as I normally wouldn't have a clue!!

The rich running at low speed/big throttle is definitely true, as the engine's lack of low down torque at such speeds shows.

Blimey I feel like someone has just dug up a corpse, and a decomposed one at that,it's bloody donkeys years old, and because of who did it and how,and their conections I'd class it as interesting but don't bet your house on it.

If you can go back five years over the Pelican you'd understand why, hence when people start useing owners web sites to sell their product, things can get very complicated.

Will be interesting to see the results If and when I get my Powercomander
based on my previous results with Techclusion.

If I new how I would post the dyno chart of the Techlusion results.

I knew the link was an old one, but I hadn't seen it before so I thought that others might not have seen it and it was therefore worth a post!

I would like to see dyno charts of Techlusion, because that is the way that I am thinking of going. Mine appears to be running weak, without any mods (yet!!) to the inlet, so the facility to weaken the mixture ( Power Commander) does not appear to be of relevance. My feeling is that the Techlusion that runs without the O2 sensor might be the best value way to go.

Hi Sandbar

While the thread was an old one and maybe there are some out who hadn't seen it,the politics and the people involved are way to complicated to go through here, suffice to say some of the people who were supplying bits and to who,I wouldn't believe e'm if they told me what day of the week it was, hence one of the reasons I avoid the Pelican as much as possible, were most of the bits and pieces have been touted over the years.

And thats why, when i'm on a site and some turns up'Hello boys I'm the dealer fo so and so' I'm thinking jesus here we go again!!!

It's just that the Dudes on the Pelican were a little more subtle then that, haveing had my S for five years this month,it's the same old stuff 'What goes around comes around'and you need to know some history to get the full story.

Chris,

I couldn't agree more!

Point taken! It was just that there was a thread recently about the results of using the Induct not being quite what was expected. Some of the info on that link showed that even they could not make the Induct work properly on the dyno
And thats why, when i'm on a site and some turns up'Hello boys I'm the dealer fo so and so' I'm thinking jesus here we go again!!!
Er - not like me then?
it's the same old stuff 'What goes around comes around'and you need to know some history to get the full story.
So very, very true!!
