Take the wheel off and go to your nearest garage car or bike ( preferabley non-franchised they're less expensive ) who will probably have a press and will remove/re-insert for around a fiver, at least that's what my local garage charges for any bearings/bushings that I've asked him to remove because I couldn't shift them myself. It'll save you hours of swearing, skint knuckles, sore knees and allow more time for beer . . . . result !

As chris said
Get a drift to get the bleeders out and a socket(impact pref)the same size as the outer race. This be used for twatting buffer(technical termology)
Heat up area around the bearing with heat gun or hair dryer.
PUt new bearings in the freezer.
Twat out old bearings using a drift.
Heat area again and install the icy cold bearings using twatting buffer tool.(see above).
You will know when their seated cause the noise from the twatting will change pitch.
