The Hand have been in touch to say they have a couple of rooms still available, I've told them if they're not booked by us by close of play this Sunday they can be released for sale to the public so if you know anyone whose still not booked give them a nudge :)

Hi Steve, Despite booking in good faith Amanda and I are not coming. Our retirement home build is taking priority, I have not insured my bikes this year, no plans for a Euro tour and i doubt i will get a single ride in until Amanda is safely ensconced in our new home in Denholm... as she claims she has misplaced the keys and docs to our bikes

It goes against the grain to commit and then withdraw but hey ho,

I am sure my lack of wit and personality will not be missed

Fiat Panda.
Fiat Scudo (with speedblock, pipe carrier, reversing sensors, reversing camera, tow bar, some new rust and Fake Plumber logo)

started out with nothing, still have most of it left.

Hi All,

So for all us Welsh Weekend virgins, is there a plan of routes or is it made up on the day?

Can we join halfway through for a ride out if we know the route and are not staying at the hotel?

All advice appreciated.

Regards Mark.

Hi Mark, first off welcome, what are your plans, are you attending the weekend and staying in Llangollen? If so you should be able to join us in the Hand hotel for Friday
and the group meal Saturday. If you’re not staying locally we will be leaving the Hand at 10am sharp Saturday morning, full tank of gas and an empty bladder is the usual thing, we’re stopping in Machynlleth for coffee, Aberystwyth seafront for lunch and not too sure about afternoon tea but we will stop.
Steve Parry is the event organiser for the Welsh festivities and he has the exact route and a timetable for the ride.

Hope to see you this weekend as it’s a great time with wonderful company.
Phil.

Hi Steve. I’ve searched about and can’t find an answer - so just asking here - what’s the hotel cost please?

Can’t complain about that! Sounds good value - obviously not charging for the fine weather.
