Sorry I missed you all. Somewhat annoyingly, my Monday morning engineer's visit was rescheduled to Thursday by one of my "helpful" neighbours, without telling me, so I could have joined you after all :evil:

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.
