You've got him all to yourselves from now on.
Do you have to leave him here Andy?????? couldn't you find it in your heart to take him with you
Just ignore the arsehole he will go away.
Very eloquently put Reg, as usual, I've been ignoring the arsehole tosser  ever since he called F90x "scum".

Bit like a bad smell though I'm afraid, just because you stop breathing doesn't mean it don't pong.
Phil.

Sorry to hear that your hanging up the lid Andy (hopefully not for ever though).

I fully understand how the running bug can get hold of you; Clare did her first proper marathon 2 months ago (Loch Ness) and despite two small tears in her hamstring, she loved it and she can't wait to get back doing some miles again.

It has obviously had a marked effect on you physically and I feel I could benefit from some of the same medicine :)

All the best to you and the family.

Wow! that's really impressive!

What are you actually doing there? Poking fun at where I work? What I do for a living?

Poking fun at my penchant for rim-tape? I do that myself.

Or - you just being a nob?

(that last question was rhetorical)
