A bit childish.
Banning someone for having an opinion but go on, if you feel it's the only way you can win an argument,

Well I`m a sociable guy and I will buy you a pint if you come along. I have found one can not moan when mouth is full of Beer.

Beer is good, and for what it is worth Sold as seen means quite clearly "BUYER BE AWARE". I fail to see why everyone is getting uptight about this. :o Come along boys be nice to each other :)

Sadly this member has deemed fit to continue with abuse and threats, the latest via PM, of which I post for the benefit of the group.

What are you going to do without your delete facility when you try and stop me having an opinion in Wales.
I can't wait to see you try."

my response

"Why does everything have to be an argument with you? You may feel, because you've been asked to tone things down that I and Paul have something against you, we don't. He is the boards administrator I am one of the moderators, it's our "jobs" to "police" the board. You're making the mistake that it's a democratic area. It's not, it's "owned" by Paul and as such what he says is acceptable is final. I will be posting your PM on the board as I feel the other members need to see how you deal with your perceived conflict.

I was pointing out that despite your assertion that Paul couldn't delete your posts the facility is there.

And why do you feel the need to threaten? No one has threatened you? Trust me I have no problem dealing with bullies."

Unfortunately, yet again, I will miss the Welsh trip this year as I will be on our family holiday. it's a shame as I wanted to meet everyone, including Fontana. Hopefully another time!

I think people's personalities change on social media. What you read isn't necessarily what you get. For example, on here I am warm, helpful and engaging, whereas in real life I am a 'dull ****ard', at least according to my wife, and a 'total embarrassment' according to my teenaged kids.

I think you will find Fontana to be quite reasonable and personable in the flesh. At least, I hope so.

Steve, I admire your tolerance with a guy who obviously is never "going to play nice" and clearly sees himself as the victim in this, to hide behind a keyboard and argue and twist every argument with whoever dares to have a different opinion, labels other bikers as thugs and morons, and then have the cheek to berate the forum administrators is not the actions of a balanced individual and certainly not someone I wish to spend anytime with at what has always been a friendly and sociable get together.

You know what, I agree. Not anyone on this forum is without fault, I hate bullying and will not be bullied for much the same reasons as SP who I know to be a jolly decent fellow. I suspect Fontana is the same decent fellow. He contributes to the forum and encourages debate. Life is dull without spice. The posts by some encourage the argumentative debate to continue. Relationships are two way things and as a friendly site we should accommodate. I hate Bullying and I see aspects of it on this site. Let`s be nice and agree politely to disagree. Fontana can be testing but that does not make him a bad person.

BTW I am in a good mood, amazing brutal contest at Twickers An honourable event for every man that competed. Awesome. :D

I don't believe I am.
I have never verbally abused anyone, or resorted to childish name calling.
What I find interesting about this forum, is that those people who have, against me, are able to do it un challenged by the so called moderators.
People challenge what I say, and it seems OK but as soon as I challenge back, I'm the one accused of being argumentative.
Un frickin believable.
Anyway, back to the point of this thread.
Using the description sold as seen, is both unethical and illegal.
I have provided links to substantiate that.
Perhaps someone would care to prove me wrong.
I'll gladly accept it if I am.
By the way, this has nothing to do with accusing another members dealership of underhand tactics.
If that were the case, I would have tagged it onto that members thread in regard to the bike for sale.
I didn't.
I started a new thread.
Care to ask yourself why
