On closer inspection, the front end doesn't look right, forks twisted maybe?

Have a look at the front disc,it's bolloxed,top right and bottom left on the edge it's got a lip on it the size of a gorrilla

You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

Wasted hours!!! took me a couple of seconds,well about 5,and he's asking top dollar,question is,if thats what you can see,what about what you can't,but then i've no doubt bought a few more bikes than most and nearly all of e'm privately.

I reckon its been binnned.
Cant ever see a reason to remov stickers unless someone can expalin it to me. Looks like its been used hard
