Yes... Incorrect fueling. Get a chip or something like a RapidBike box.

I had the same thing, avg 32mpg. Now, with a chip from Robert Foster, I get more power and avg 40mpg and go up towards 50 if I play nice.

That's US gallons btw, not imperial. Hard enough to remember 1 non-metric system for me.

MPG on mine hasn't changed with or without a PC,might get a bit less because it runs better with a PC and i hammer it more,but thats all,mid 30's ain't right,presume it's been serviced summat like and the airfilter is clean.
