Now just wait and see if the Jerry's are more reliable then the Spanisch.

How much do you pay for the Wunderlich one over there? Over here is £126 just for the screen!!!!!!!! ouch!!!!!! Not much more than double that for the full carbon fibre fairing.

Exactly the same! The 'mythical' puig one is half that.

This is my Ilmberger fitted

Looks good - tricky to fit. I haven't tested it yet so no idea how good it is. The Carbon Fibre is lovely and the screen looks effective - only time will tell. I fitted a Wunderlich oil cooler guard while I was at it. Quality bit of kit that.

Tank panel to match!

Very Nice Mr Stoney.

Now then, where did you get that tiny 'Ring' decal from?

BTW, you up for another trip over there next April/May time??

Thats from the cafe at the entrance. Its the 'must-have' souveneir - did you not get one?

Next year looks unlikely for the ring - just too busy with other plans and holidays etc. April is Boxertrix in Wales so that'll be all my passes/babysitting credits used up for that month plus I'm planning a week down to the Stelvio, San Bernardino and Furkapass in July/August. I think I'll do 2 or 3 HRT days at Cadwell to get my track/speed-fix - much safer than the ring but not quite as thrilling or awe-inspiring but still a really really good fun day!

Yeah I was thinking the other day that it wouldn't really work on a colgate S. The black of the CF is ssssssooooooo much nicer than the faded black grey of the standard nose and tank panel.

The Tour-de-France is in the Alpine region from 20-24 July. Unless you particularly want to see it you may want to give certain passes a wide berth on certain days as they will be completely blocked.

Good to see you have a 'project' on the go. What are the plans? I might be prepared to sell my OE nosepiece and screen once I've found out if the Ilmberger one is the answer for me. I've also got a tank panel if thats of any interest.

DOES NO-ONE WANT THE TINTED SCREEN? Its the BMW official one and its a bargain! Ebay here we come I guess

Didn't see any that small. Ended up buying a couple about 3 to 4 inches wide and now can't find anywhere on the bike to put um

Oh well...I shall have to go back and get a smaller one :D
