Thought the fuel pump was a service item, sure mine was replaced at 24 or 30k...

Fuel filters are a service item, fuel pumps are not but will have to work harder if you don't change the filter

Quite right - checked my earlier threads... it just cost so much for the filter, in my head its a pump

So I'm expecting the fuel pump to fail about .....
