another vote for garmin. Once you work out how to use it, searching for an address can be trying until you understand it better.
Also it doesn't like the City of London much- too many narrow streets with high buildings.
Was warned that most bluetooth links to phone can be a problem on the bike casued by interference from relatively unshielded electrics.

As a Mac user its been a pain, but I just used a PC at work. I've been waiting for the Mac OS mapsource software for 18 months now, must look that one up and give the Beta a run

Bailey,
The deal was a special she was able to put together because she had a number of UKGSers placing orders.
She may not be able to offer a one off but may have to combine orders to offer the deal.
She was working today & therefore may have replied to your mail, but she does not work on Mondays so there may be a delay in her response.
Anything you need that you see on the web site, just give her a ring or email her, mention me and the forum and she will do her best to sort out a good deal. That applies to any others on here.

......................................... she just phoned me while I was typing this.
It seems that she has replied to your mail and the price will be £475.
I have twisted her arm and told her not to come home unless she can sort you out a better deal. So, it's still £450 but she needs to get one more order to do it at that price.

All gone quiet on this one. It'd be really good to get a group buy on this.
The Garmin Zumo 550 RRP is nearly £550.00!! So if we could get a few of us to make it all worthwhile......units selling at £450.00 inclusive of postage.
Unit comes with full loaded with full european maps and all mounts, leads wires, case for bike and car!
What you say?

I would like to announce to the world that I am no longer a GPS luddite!
I have seen the light. What a fanatastic bit of kit. Can't wait to use it in anger!
Anyone else who fancies a Zumo for £450.00 should contact Mary at Lings.
