If the equipment has been properly tested and configured for all vehicle types then there is no problem.
The eqipment MCN refers to has not been tested and has been proved to be inaccurate. How can reading from this equioment be used for a prosecution?

Where does it actually stae anywhere that you are guilty until proven innocent?
Nowt's changed law wise so why the worry?
There have been a number of cases where the speed guns have been proven to be innacccurate, so as far as im concerned its fine for MCN to play teh game and try to get them banned, however the standard of journalism is POOR
