Throttle Cable Balancing

Some motorcycle show!!! pheww one way of discribing the biggest one in Europe!!

Yep,i only ever ajust the left side,were it gets slightly more difficult,is the fact you can alter how sensitive you want the balance to be,and getting it bang on is a knack,as just locking up the nut on the cable can upset it!!!,hence why,with the twinmax balanced on the seat,haveing someone to tell you it's bang on when you lock it up is much easier than haveing to bust a gut streaching you neck to look!!!.

Thanks Winger. Forgot it was that huge motorcycle exhibition show. The last one I was at was Earls Court..........christ that's going back. Never been to the NEC but did pop into the Motorcycle Museum back in 86 when I was picking up a mark 2 Laverda Montjuic from Windy Corner. I remember that as being a cold run back up to Inverness as it was in March. The only bike I ever regret selling.
