Did you say Astle......the trader that fixed the S pronounced it a bit different - more like Assh*les :D

Hi Folks, My local dealer is Astles, thats where I bought my S from, If I'd know more about the bikes and done my homework I would have bought private, I think I am better off calling Balderstons at Peterborough my local dealer as they seem to be more switched on where bikes are concerned, they treat you as if you have a clue. Where are you guys located ???? I am doing my service at the moment and got my service kit from Motorworks, they are extremely helpfull and the kits are very resonably priced, I suppose if you have a warranty to look after then you have to use BMW genuine parts. Is the problem with the techlusion fueling device a common fault ????

Thanks for the welcome Peeps, Wilbur. :blob8:
It's easier to ask for forgivness than it is to get permission, so go for it and take the concequences.

Hi Wilber,
I'm located over the water in Hull but Astle are my nearest dealer, I've allways had reasonable service but I'm sure that there are better, Rainbow over in Rotherham are I believe very good.

I have had good service at Astles but at a price, Balderstons are much more reasonable with their sevice costs. The people at Astles are sound, but their prices reflect their involvement with the BMW car side. What new models are being launched this weekend ????

The count is up to four that I know of that have stopped working, but you only get to hear of the one's folks have a problem with so I can't say how reliable they really are.
