That maybe so (and he was fast enough to start with) but he'll have to learn how to set up suspension properly now!

well now at 6.5 stone lost
main target is 15st 10lbs got about 1.5stone or so to go. Reason for the initial target is it takes me from the title of "obese" (yuck) to merely "overweight"
At that point I'll decide if I want to stay there or carry on to about 13.5 stone
