Dave - I think you have a thing about headers going brown ??
I am a bit of a polisher so will keep on top of it - hopefully, maybe, perhaps................

They are aftermarket headers. Maybe they will go a nice shade of blue / gold rather than dirt brown.

Nice job you've done there. You need to bring it along to Wales at the end of April for us all to admire
Cheers,
Paul
You really need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40. If it moves and shouldn't, use the tape.

It's not for riding! Park it up in the front room as an ornament!
Looks great by the way.

Looks very nice, if it was me I would like a bit of blue on the bodywork, not sure what, but not too much.

Looking good, just needs a touch of something but as Al says not tooo much. Is that a recovered seat ?
I've got a second set of rear panels drilled to take the pannier pegs, I had them sprayed to black to match the bike and luckily managed to get a set of nearly standard R1200s logos made from a chap in Poland via eBay, it's a shame he's not listed anymore otherwise that would have been a good reasonable to the BMW items.

Thanks for ebay link , I have also found a set from Italy. Active signs in Minehead might be able to make me some. Splash of red would work.
I agree it needs a little "extra" - but will use it and slowly let it evolve.
Seat has been recovered by Saxon Seats - previous owner.
Where can I get a pair of Boxertrix stickers from?
Today's task is to book MOT ready for 4th April when I can ride her - start date of new joint bike insurance policy.
My other bike is a Yam MT10! Bonkers bike in a nice sort of way...................

Contact Paul he's the sticker man
and the owner of this very site
I had Saxon do a gel insert on my original seat but I've since returned to a std seat but that's just been upgraded to a Corbin, and my it's very good
