My 1100s fell off the ramp in the garage,cracked the cover,causing an oil leak.

I think your best bet is to look on ebay.de, there seems to be a lot of aftermarket and original Ventildeckelschutzen varying in price from 100 to 150 euro. Just run a search for R1100S Motorradteile. Many sellers will post to the UK for a reasonable fee.
